Ayushi is a DPhil candidate in Law at Oxford (supervised by Professor Imogen Goold and Dr. Lisa Forsberg). Her research focuses on the regulation of human enhancement technology from an equality perspective. Ayushi has published in international peer-reviewed journals such as the International Journal for Discrimination and the Law, and has presented her research papers at conferences at the University of Cambridge, University of Liverpool, University of Rotterdam, and University of Lisbon, among others. She is a Junior Dean at St. Hilda's College and has been a Lecturer at The Queen's College.
Before commencing her doctoral studies, Ayushi was an International Fellow at Dejusticia, Colombia and an Asst. Prof at Jindal Global Law School in India. She read for the BCL in 2018-19 at Exeter College, Oxford as a Weidenfeld-Hoffmann scholarship. Prior to that, she completed B.A. LL.B. at National Law School of India University, and graduated as a gold-medallist.
Ayushi's interests include creative writing, painting, meditation, and learning new sports.
