Noah is a Technical Program Manager at Google Research where he works with the Responsible AI Health Research team on solving problems related to Fairness in Healthcare. He also supports several internal efforts related to applied ethics and interpretability in AI systems. Prior to joining the Health Research team, he led the AI Residency program for sites on the east coast of the US and across EMEA. He also previously led counter-abuse efforts on Google Maps. Noah received a BA in Liberal Arts with a minor in History and a BA in Sociology with an interdisciplinary certificate in Diversity in Law from Colorado State University. He also received a graduate certificate in Data Science through Harvard University Extension School. His research interests include AI ethics and data ethics, with a particular focus on the social effects of automated content moderation and fairness in AI systems.
