Lara is a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, Action Research on Research Culture project (ARRC). ARRC is an international collaboration investigating how changing the recruitment, development, and retention of researchers could improve research culture. Her academic background is in Psychology and Computer Science, with a focus on Emotion and Cognition, Information Search and Decision Making, and different Conceptualisations of Uncertainty. She is also a freelancing Market Researcher, with a decade of experience in conducting Focus Groups, Senior Project Management, and Qualitative Data Analysis.
